The sharing economy is a new economic form with the rapid development of the Internet, which has changed the traditional resource utilization methods and business models. This paper integrates the idea of “sharing economy”, proposes a shared restaurant business model, and uses cloud computing to integrate and share software and hardware resources and information to establish a shared restaurant cloud platform. This research aims to solve the existing shortcomings of restaurant management, and further integrate and optimize the food and beverage supply chain resources. We use customer, restaurant management background and platform management background three functional subsystems to build a shared restaurant platform system. In the future, people can make full use of the shared resources on the Internet (empty tables, chefs, ingredients, recipes, etc.), and members of the development platform can join the shared restaurant (offline) and experience it, truly realize O2O (online and offline) integration, and realize food culture and wealth investment Integration (tasting the increased food wealth).
