The aim of the current research is to discover the effect of incorporating the concepts of the four strategic thrusts on the organizational performance in Basra Private Model Schools, as its performance lacks the diversification of strategic models, which made that performance modest, compared to the performance of schools in Europe and America. Private or private model schools in Basra Governorate, which are at least 12 years old in educational work, have been selected as they compete with each other over the masses of students and try to solicit them to integrate into their programs trying to obtain a good market and competitive positioning to benefit from this financial advantage. The strategic thrusts that the researcher has elected to form the research scale are more appropriate than the rest of the thrusts, which may be more than four, but each organization outperforms it with a specific element, resource, or feature that makes it focus on it. However, the researcher chose the four thrusts that include the competitive, strategic, focus and synergy, and the Core values and purposes, as they are close to the prevailing reality in the Iraqi educational field.
