The enthusiasm, creativity and stability of programming teachers form the cornerstone assets for adolescent afterschool training institutions, playing a pivotal role in elevating educational standards and fostering value-added education. Based on the two-factor theory, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the incentive mechanism of programming teachers in Hainan BZ Education and Training Company. This paper proposes the implementation of a scientific and equitable staff incentive mechanism, with the goal of enhancing the welfare level and optimizing the performance management of programming teachers, transcending outdated and ineffective practices. Additionally, efforts will be made to improve the working environment, strengthen incentive efficiency, diversify career advancement avenues for programming teachers, and prioritize their personal growth and professional development, all of which are crucial for fostering a thriving and dynamic educational ecosystem.
