With the application and development of digital technology, we have entered the digital era. Digital technology has been widely used in various aspects such as finance, accounting, and the Internet. However, in terms of human resource management, the application of digital technology is still at a relatively early stage. Combined with the background of digitalization, this article summarizes the connotation of digital management of human resource in enterprises, analyzes the problems faced by enterprises and gives corresponding policy suggestions, hoping to make contributions to the healthy development of human resource management in our country.
