The aim of this paper is to investigate the method, system, operating method, and operating device of integrated maintenance of highways. By the real-time measurement of horizontal dimension, the horizontal coordinate set of construction machinery and construction scope is determined. By scanning the evenness of highway pavements within the construction scope, the height difference data coordinates are obtained. The type of road surface diseases within the current construction scope are predicted by importing the obtained coordinate data into the control system. The predicted results are outputted to the execution system and the corresponding maintenance work is carried out. The advanced data acquisition technology is employed and the coordinates is automatically collected. The highway maintenance system communicates in real-time with the positioning satellite system. The tilt compensation is automatically executed and the cm-level measurement accuracy of geometric parameters of highway pavement is achieved. Through the communication technology of the NFC hardware radio frequency identification, the ms-level signal transmission of the coordinate difference system is implemented. The iRTK positioning system adopts the IPOWER intelligent balance energy-saving technology and the working hours are guaranteed. This paper can not only improve the timeliness and accuracy of highway maintenance, but also be an important means to further improve the efficiency and quality of highway maintenance.
