CURRENT SITUATION AND IMPROVEMENT MEASURES OF CURRICULUM IDEOLOGY AND POLITICS CONSTRUCTION ABILITY OF PRIVATE UNIVERSITY TEACHERS

The private university teachers are not only the undertakers of the private education work, but also the guides of private university students. The aim of this paper is to investigate the current situation and improvement measures of the ability of curriculum ideology and politics construction of private university teachers. Although the curriculum ideology and politics construction of the teachers of private university has obtained some achievements, there are some problems such as weak moral education awareness of private university teachers, insufficient educational ability of private university teachers, insufficient management mechanism of private university teachers, insufficient understanding of private university teachers, insufficient funding of private universities, insufficient communication of private university teachers, and weak foundation and poor learning ability of private university students. For these problems, the corresponding improvement measures are proposed.
