ABSTRACT

Vietnam and China are both socialist countries and neighbors with only a strip of water. The two countries have long-term, traditional and multifaceted relations. Since 1991, bilateral exchanges and cooperation have developed in an all-round way. However, in recent years, frictions between the two countries in the political field have hindered their development. Based on the existing research, this paper advances with the times, uses the latest data, fully understands the problems and impacts of Vietnam China political relations, and puts forward suggestions on improving bilateral trade at this stage. Based on the existing research, this paper uses the latest data to systematically analyze the trade situation and problems between China and Vietnam from 2016 to 2021, and explore the underlying causes.
