ABSTRACT

In order to develop the rural revitalization strategy proposed by the Central Committee, the difficult problems hindering rural development need to be solved. Due to the urban-rural dual land system and other reasons, it is difficult to manage the homestead, and it is difficult to enter the market for collectively operated construction land. Innovative attempts can be made to introduce living and investment residences that break through the human servitude. This paper puts forward the idea of dealing with relevant problems, constructs the corresponding rules applicable to the right of residence, and applies the right of residence system to the land and housing use link of the rural revitalization strategy, with a view to boosting the development of rural economy.
