ABSTRACT

Since the Central Document No. 1 in 2017 officially proposed and supported the construction of pastoral complex in the countryside with conditions, the construction of domestic pastoral complex has achieved certain practical results. At the same time, in the process of construction of pastoral complex, many similar problems of serious homogenization, low economic efficiency, and unscientific use of the ecological environment have emerged, and how to use scientific and rational technical means to solve existing problems is a difficult point in the current construction process. This paper analyzes and summarizes the theoretical connotation of the pastoral complex, and in view of the existing problems of the pastoral complex, and under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, with the concept of green intelligence, proposes the planning path of improving the awareness of green intelligence planning, integrating wisdom technology and planning design, constructing a green intelligence management system, and creating a green intelligence industrial cycle, so as to provide certain theoretical guidance for the construction of wisdom pastoral complex.
