This article discusses service innovation and its closely related concepts, aiming to have a general understanding of service innovation and to confirm the importance of service innovation. First, it sorts out the definition of service innovation, and then uses the theoretical support of modern management mechanisms to make a new definition of enterprise service innovation. Secondly, combined with its characteristics, it summarizes and summarizes enterprise service innovation. Finally, a management mechanism for enterprise service innovation was established. This article defines the definition of service innovation and the definition of management mechanism, and guides the improvement of service innovation from the three aspects of operation, incentive and restraint mechanisms.
